À propos the project

Un Sudoku simple, rapide et intelligent.

Sudoku du Jour was created to offer a clean, accessible, and pleasant game experience for anyone who wants to train logic, focus, and reasoning directly in the browser.

The idea behind Sudoku du Jour

The goal of the site is simple: to let anyone play Sudoku du Jour for free, without registration, installation, or a cluttered interface.

The game was designed to work well on desktop and mobile, keeping the grid readable, the controls accessible, and the essential features close at hand.

The idea is to combine a lightweight experience with useful tools, such as difficulty levels, a pauseable timer, notes mode, hints, mistake checking, undo, and second chance.

Sudoku du Jour was also created as a small Sudoku hub, with support pages for learning the rules, practicing strategies, playing by difficulty level, printing grids, or using a solver while studying a puzzle.

The priority is to preserve what matters most in Sudoku: a clear grid, fast responses, and no unnecessary distractions. The visual style aims to be modern and pleasant, but always secondary to gameplay.

What we value

  • Clarity: the grid must remain the center of the experience.
  • Reasoning: Sudoku should encourage logic, attention, and patience.
  • Simple access: the game should load quickly and work without registration.
  • Clear language: menus, rules, and explanations should be easy to understand.

À propos the creator

CleverJoy Games was created by Carlos Augusto Carvalho, a Brazilian creator and systems analyst who enjoys developing simple digital experiences with personality.

His interest in games began with classic computers such as MSX, ZX Spectrum, and Commodore 64, where he learned to program games that showed how simple ideas could create smart and memorable challenges.

That spirit inspires Sudoku du Jour: a direct game, quick to open, easy to understand, and designed for anyone who wants to train the mind without distractions.
