1. Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to the CleverJoy Games portal, institutional pages and games operated by CleverJoy Games. A specific game may present additional rules; if so, those rules also apply to that game.

2. The services

CleverJoy Games provides browser games and related informational content. Most games can be opened without installation or account registration. Features, availability and the game catalogue may change over time.

3. Age and supervision

Users who are not legally able to accept these terms must use the services only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for the use of the services by minors under their care.

4. Permission to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and play the services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

6. Intellectual property

The CleverJoy Games name, logo, visual identity, characters, illustrations, interfaces, game code, sounds, texts and other original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

The games, music, sounds, images, code and other elements are licensed solely for use within CleverJoy Games games. Extracting, copying, redistributing, reusing or making these files available separately is prohibited.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. External services and links

The portal may link to games on other CleverJoy domains, social networks or independent third-party services. External services are governed by their own terms and policies. CleverJoy Games does not control their availability or content.

8. Availability and updates

We may update, correct, suspend or discontinue a feature or game when reasonably necessary. We work to keep the services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every device or browser will be compatible, that progress will always be preserved, or that all errors will be corrected immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CleverJoy Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the services, loss of locally stored progress or reliance on external content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means acceptance where permitted by law. Access may be restricted when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect the services and users.
